A decomposed body found in Trumann on May 15 has been identified. According to Trumann police, the man -- who has been identified as Dale Riley, 58, of Trumann -- was found by city workers inside a shed at 412 Ozark Avenue North. Police say the man died of natural causes and appeared to have been dead for several weeks...

Marked Tree City Council passes burning ordinance

Trumann teachers receive MacBooks

Teachers in Trumann Schools each received a MacBook Pro last week as part of the district's 1:1 initiative to place an Apple computer in the hands of every teacher and student. Assistant superintendent David Rutledge said the technology is being rolled out for teachers now so they will have the chance to familiarize themselves with the MacBooks over the summer and be better able to integrate the technology into their classrooms when school resumes this fall...
