Keiser man dies in Lepanto car crash

A fatal accident in Lepanto Monday afternoon claimed the life of a Kesier man. Billy Pannell was traveling south on Highway 140 in Lepanto in a 2000 Chevrolet pickup truck. According to a fatal crash summary issued by the Arkansas State Police, Pannell crossed the center line and struck a 2001 Freightliner semi truck driven by Joseph Guth of Trumann.
