Dennis Jerald Kelly,54, of Trumann died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006 at his home. He was born Dec. 2, 1951 in Heiffer, the son of Warren Kelly and Dessie Nix Kelly. He married Patsy Thomas on July 26, 1971 and enjoyed 35 years of marriage. He was a US Army Veteran, having served his country in Vietnam. Army Pfc. Christopher B. Cox has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. During the nine weeks of training, the soldier studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values, physical fitness, and received instruction and practice in basic combat skills, military weapons, chemical warfare and bayonet training, drill and ceremony, marching, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, military courtesy, military justice system, basic first aid, foot marches, and field training exercises.. ...
