Bay votes to keep garbage truck

The Bay City Council decided to keep its current garbage truck after hearing discussion on a lease/purchase agreement on a new garbage truck. The council also discussed obtaining a grant and/or loan to get a 200,000 gallon water tank. The tank would provide enough water storage for the city.
