The Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services Employee Benefits Division (EBD) is pleased to announce the open enrollment period for active state and public school employees, which will run from October 1 through October 31, 2024. During this time, employees will have the opportunity to review and update their benefit selections for the upcoming year. Open enrollment for retirees is November 1 through November 30, 2024. The Poinsett County Quorum Court voted to approve the resolution awarding the bid for the construction of the new courthouse annex building to be built at 108 N. East Street in Harrisburg.
