Harrisburg men face charges

Two Harrisburg men were arrested last Tuesday following a traffic stop and where found with 11 stolen catalytic converters in their vehicle. Charles E. Harbison, 43, and Jay Coleman, 25, were charged with two felonies, theft of a catalytic converter and possessing instruments of crime. Bond was set at $35,000 each. The duo could have been charged with 10 more felonies, one for each catalytic converter in the vehicle. Each count carries a potential penalty of up to 10 years in prison...
