James Franklin Bolden, 61, of Marked Tree passed away June 30, 2023 at NEA Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born January 4, 1962 in Memphis, Tenn, to George T. Bolden and Florie Scott Duncan. Christopher McDermott of Harrisburg is appealing his conviction last month on rape charges in Poinsett County.
