Camera system leads to arrest warrant

On Tuesday, March 7, 2023, the Trumann Police Department (TPD) received notification from their Flock Camera System that a vehicle from South Carolina was wanted for warrants. Upon contacting the vehicle officers with TPD, Poinsett County Sheriff's Office and Arkansas Department of Corrections (Probation and Parole) arrested Anthony Howard, 19, of Williamston, SC, and Grace Smith, 37, of Piedmont, SC, for warrants stemming from a manslaughter that had occurred in Anderson County, South Carolina...
