Trumann fire chief convicted on assault charges

Trumann Fire Chief Revis Kemper got into a physical altercation with his neighbors in October of last year. Kemper was charged Sunday, October 23, with third-degree assault and his wife was charged with third-degree battery, non-domestic. Kemper was put on administrative leave after the altercation.
