With the opening of dove season in a few weeks archery season right around the corner, outdoorsmen and women have begun their yearly migration to the woods to prepare deer camps and hunting spots for the upcoming season. Jordan Ratton of Marked Tree was sentenced to 30 years in prison this past Monday after pleading guilty to first-degree murder for the beating death of Mack Rhoads in April 2020.
