Lepanto man charged with kidnapping

Donald D. Brister of Lepanto was arrested this past Saturday in Jonesboro for holding his wife, Kimberly Brister of Harrisburg, against her will. It was reported by witnesses that Brister struck his wife in the face several times before she tried to walk away. Brister then dragged his wife back to the house before the couple got into a vehicle together and drove off.
