Trumann man charged with arson

Larry Scott Mangrum, 39, of Trumann has been charged with arson. Mangrum, who was a deputy for the Poinsett County Sheriff’s Office is no longer in that capacity. Mangrum also served with the Jonesboro Fire Department. Poinsett County Sheriff Kevin Molder could not speak on Mangrum’s status with the Jonesboro Fire Department and could not give any specifics about the case...
