As of 9:10 a.m. this morning, the Arkansas Department of Health's website has 3,372 (1,385 active) positive tests with 1,987 recoveries and 72 deaths. There have been 51,582 tested with 48,210 being negative. Poinsett County has had 23 positive cases with 11 recoveries and two deaths. There have been 127 tested negative...
