Self-employed can apply for assistance at end of April

IMPORTANT NOTICE from State Representative Johnny Rye Beginning at the end of April, all person that are self-employed, such as hairdressers, barbers, plumbers, electricians, etc. will be allowed to apply for assistance. The state computer has not installed the program as of today, but we hope to have the program in place by the end of the week.
