Lady Indians have roller coaster basketball season

Marked Tree suffered through a roller coaster season in the win loss column to finish 12-12 on the season and 9-7 in 2A-6 conference play. The Lady Indians’ season ended with a loss to Cross County in the 2A-6 district tournament. Tyronza applies for water tower grant

The city of Tyronza and Mayor Charles Glover has recently applied for a grant from the Arkansas Department of Historic Preservation to help paint the water tower in town. The tower was opened in 1935 making it eligible for the historic preservation grant.
