ArDot to hold public input meeting in Trumann

The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDot) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, December 3 from 4 p.m to 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Trumann located at 1301 AR-69. Victim identified in deadly house fire in Trumann

The Trumann Police Department said Robert Jacobs, 77, died as a result of injuries he sustained in a house fire on Summer Boulevard on Tuesday, November 19. The Trumann Fire Department responded to the house fire just after 9 p.m. as Captain Anthony Blackwood was among those who were called to the scene. Blackwood said they had the victim out within five minutes of responding. Paramedics on the scene started doing CPR as the victim was transported to a Jonesboro hospital where he later died...
