Trumann native and Arkansas State University freshmen, Anna Bishop, entered her artwork into the Poinsett County Fair exhibit and won multiple awards. Created by using white charcoal on black paper, the artwork depicts two hands playing a piano. Anna won first place in the Poinsett County Fair and NEA District Fair, as well as getting best in show for 2019 for both fairs. A Poinsett County Circuit Court jury took less than an hour to convict a Harrisburg man of capital murder on Wednesday, Second Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington said. Billy Combs, 59, was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
