Local teams participate in post-season tournament.

Harrisburg's Jehlian Wright capped off her senior season with her selection to the Class 3A all-state softball team. Wright helped the Lady Hornets to a 15-4 record while winning the 3A-3 Regional Tournament and making the 3A State Softball Tournament. ...

Meagan Allen followed up her sophomore season with a superb junior year as she was named to the Class 2A all-state softball team for the third year in a row. Allen helped lead the Lady Warriors to a 21-12 record finishing second in the 2A-6 conference, champions of the 2A North Regional tournament before being eliminated in the semi-final round of the Class 2A state softball tournament. ...
