Jack Brown rushed 12 times for 112 yards and two touch downs while passing for 20 yards and a touchdown to lead the Indians' offense while Eli McCrary had 57 yards passing while catching two passes for 24 yards and a touchdown. ...

Marked Tree (1-2, 1-1) could not find an answer for the six touchdowns scored by Cross County's A.J. Beale as the Junior Indians lost 42-28 last Thursday to the Junior Thunderbirds at Don Lovell Memorial Field. Cross County returned the opening kick-off to the Marked Tree six yard line where two plays later they had a 6-0 lead. ...

EPC (3-1, 1-0) got two big plays in the fourth quarter to pull away from Rector (0-4, 0-1) 32-19 this past Friday in high school football action. EPC took the opening kick-off and went on a 13-play touchdown drive converting two fourth downs along, the second being a 10 yard touchdown pass to Jonathan Gilmore to make it 6-0 EPC. ...

The Harrisburg Lady Hornets (4-10, 2-7) lost 10-25, 13-25, 10-25 to Crowley's Ridge Academy (CRA) in high school volleyball action this past Monday in Harrisburg. In the opening game, CRA jumped out 2-0 before a Chloe Morgan kill made it 2-1. The Lady Falcons ran the score to 5-1 as Kayna Gardner had a kill for the Lady Hornets to make the score 5-2 CRA. ...
