TRUMANN - Mr. Elden Henry "Peavine" Gartman, of Trumann died Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 88. Mr. Gartman was born Thursday, July 14, 1927 in Jonesboro and lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. He was a WWII Army veteran, owned and operated Gartman's Service Station and a member of The Church of God. He was preceded in death by one great-grandson, Slade Gartman; three brothers; and his parents, Lee and Betty Stahl Gartman...
