TRUMANN - Beloved Arthur (Hoot) Wells passed away March 13, 2016 at the age of 85 at his residence on Old Payneway Lane in Trumann. Hoot was born July 15, 1930 in Etowah to Arthur Wells Sr. and Marie Wells. Hoot received his nickname from his Grandfather in honor of his favorite actor Hoot Gibson.
