Markel Perry scored 16 points and D'Angelo Griffin added 10 points as the Marked Tree Indians (10-4) beat Cross County 53-48 in high school basketball action this past Saturday. Marked Tree also won the junior high game 54-23. The EPC Lady Warriors got 28 points and 10 rebounds from Krystan Vornes as they beat Riverside 58-47 in 2A-3 conference play this past Monday night.
