Nearly a year after an ice storm destroyed the Poinsett County shop, the construction for a new one is finally underway. At the March Quorum Court meeting, JPs voted to accept a $99,467 bid from Square Post Buildings of Arkansas. The process of accepting a bid was delayed by the court because of the initial high bids taken last year.
