Boys Bay downed Crowley's Ridge Academy 72-50 last Friday night at Bay in boys' high school basketball action. Tyson Oliver led four players in double figures in scoring with 21 points. Bay remained perfect in 1A-3 East conference play this past Tuesday night with a 67-45 win over the Weiner Cardinals. Bay stands at 29-4 on the year and 12-0 in conference play. Since Jan. 25, 1930, the Trumann Lions Club has been meeting every week in the Community House. Last week, Lions members and guests filled the Community House to celebrate the club's 83rd birthday.
