Judge dismisses duck blind suit

Last Friday, Circuit Judge Randy Philhours dismissed a lawsuit brought against the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission by the St. Francis Lake Association that challenged the rule banning permanent duck blinds on Wildlife Management Areas. Judge Philhours ruled that the lawsuit was filed in the wrong venue and said that the suit should have been filed in Pulaski County...
