LITTLE ROCK -- In August, the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission amended its regulations that had once allowed leaving decoys overnight and hunting or attempting to hunt from permanent blinds on Big Lake, St. Francis Sunken Lands, and Dave Donaldson Black River WMAs. The youth of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Harrisburg granted a wish to Trey Hindman, age 5, on Saturday, Nov. 3. Hindman was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a rare congenital heart defect in which the left side of the heart is severely underdeveloped. TRUMANN - Mr. Bennie Edsel Bibb, of Trumann, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at Trumann Health & Rehabilitation at the age of 84 years, two months, and five days. He was born Aug. 30, 1928 in Trumann to the late W.A. and Thelma Moore Bibb. Mr. Bibb was owner of Bibb's Western Wear in Trumann, a former school teacher, basketball and football coach, a fan of St. Louis Cardinals, veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Korean War, and a member of the First Baptist Church...

TRUMANN - Mrs. Emma Dale Adams, 72, of Trumann died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at the family residence at the age of 72 years, nine months, and nine days. Mrs. Adams was born Monday, Jan. 29, 1940 in Jonesboro, Ark., to the late W.C. and Pearl Blalock Triplett and had lived most of her lifetime in Trumann. She was a homemaker and a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her parents, W.C. and Pearl Blalock Triplett, and one sister, Billie Ann Pennington...
