TRUMANN - Mr. Charlie Wayne Parks, 70, of Trumann, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at St. Luke Episcopal Hospital in Houston, Texas. Mr. Parks was born Jan. 1, 1942 in Harrisburg, Ark., to the late Charles Erskin and Mary Kate Lindsey Parks.
