Trumann man gets hole-in-one

Randy Bowlin shot his first ever hole-in-one on Oct. 21 at the Trumann Country Club. Bowlin used a 6-iron to stroke the 175 yard par three No. 2 hole. The feat was witnessed by Steve Horne and Brandon Murrell.

Early voting underway

Secretary of State Charlie Daniels is encourageing the state's registered voters to take advantage of early voting opportunities through November 3 for the General Election and Nonpartisan Judicial Runoff. Early voting began Monday, Oct. 20 and continues through Monday, Nov. 3 statewide.
