Billy Ray Medley, 29, of Trumann died Friday, November 16, 2007 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born on Sept. 18, 1928, the son of the late Benjamin Bill and Willie Sue Lloyd Medley in Blytheville. He had lived most of his lifetime in the Trumann area. ...
