Henry family mourns loss

The entire Trumann community has rallied around the family of Gary Henry Jr., after an incident at the Cranfield Campgrounds on Lake Norfork, Sunday May 6. According to reports Henry, Jr. was swimming in a swim area at the Cranfield Campgrounds and became exhausted and unable to stay afloat. Two friends were with him. One went to get help and the other tried to keep Henry afloat near the ropes. Henry was believed to have been under water for ten minutes while his friend was trying to locate him...

Council makes decision on Highway 463 renaming

Tracy Mason, 1309 Vine, was arrested on May 5 by Ptl. Paul Keith and charged with possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).
