Richard K. Walker, 42, of Searcy was arrested by Officer Blake Permenter of the Tyronza Police Department on Feb. 15. After witnessing Walker disregard a stop sign and driving from lane to lane, Officer Permenter conducted a traffic stop and after making contact with Walker noticed a strong odor of intoxicants. A search of the vehicle lead to the discovery of two apparently used syringes, several full and empty beer cans, a busted steering wheel and the vehicle had been hot wired...
