Juanita V. Turpen, 79, of Marked Tree died Dec. 3, 2006, at her residence in Marked Tree. Turpen, the widow of Buford Turpen, was born in Harrisburg to the late Ruben and Mary (Taylor) Graham. The drive through window was broken into and approximately $1,300 taken. Ptl. Melissa G. Sullivan, 23, of Harrisburg was seriously injured Sunday night when she was accidentally shot in the facial area.
