Tribune Editor A recent decision by the Poinsett County Library Board has left many citizens of Marked Tree surprised and shocked. The board voted last Monday to dismiss Marked Tree librarian Sarah Beard. Jo Ann Thompson, who recently replaced Gail Nichols as the Marked Tree representative to the county library board, voted in favor of keeping Beard. ...
