Matthew Wagner, 602 Optimistic in Heber Springs, was arrested on June 27 by Trumann Police Department Ptl. Dale Parker. Wagner is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture meth. According to police reports, Wagner had items used in the production of meth and caught the kitchen of a residence on fire with the chemicals...
