Comp time once again dominated the discussion at the Poinsett County Quorum Court meeting. The 15 minute meeting followed a personnel committee meeting. Justice Elizabeth Schwarz sponsored an ordinance in committee to divide out holiday and regular comp time. The vote for passage of the ordinance was 5-0 in committee.
