James Brown, a 2-year-old cancer survivor from Trumann, was one of 78 pediatric cancer patients and families visited by Santa Claus at the annual CARTI Kids Christmas Party held December 3 at the Scimitar Shrine Temple in Little Rock. Daren Pulliam, #6 Magnolia Apartments, and Heather Rickey, 1304 Industrial Drive #6, were both arrested by TPD Det. Jerry Foster as a result of alleged battery to a child.
