Charles T. Waters, 77, of Harrisburg died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2005 at Jonesboro. He was born at Tulot. He was a member of Anderson Tulley Baptist Church, worked at Singer for 20 years and retired from the Harrisburg School District after 10 years.
