Three arraigned in Lepanto case

A Shelby County, Tenn. judge formally arraigned three Lepanto individuals last Wednesday, accused in the kidnapping, rape and attempted murder of a woman at a nightclub in Memphis. According to an official in the General Sessions Court Clerk's Office, Corey Harbin, 21, Ricky Richards, 25 and William Tolliver, 20, of Lepanto were arraigned in Shelby County General Sessions Court in Memphis, on charges of Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Rape and Attempted First Degree Murder in a case involving a 34-year old woman on July 4. ...
