The city of Marked Tree recently announced that new rules and guidelines, involving the collection of garbage in the city will be enforced, effective Jan. 5, 2004. They include only garbage in the bins will be picked up by the garbage collectors. Gingerbread man ornament 1/2 cup cinnamon 1/2 cup applesauce 1 tablespoon Elmer's glue Mix together all ingredients. Let stand for ten minutes or so, then knead dough.
