Ruth M. Tarver, 82, of Trumann died Oct. 7 at the family residence of natural causes. She was born in Black Oak and had lived in Trumann for the past 50 years. She was a housewife and member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Trumann. She was preceded in death by one brother, Alfred Murray; one half-brother, Bill Murray and was the daughter of the late Thomas Monroe and Bertha Mae Boone Murray...
