Bay police officer Phillip Van Winkle received the Fourth Annual Jerry Suiter Memorial Award. The 20th annual Trumann Wild Duck Festival takes place this weekend, Oct. 4 and 5 at the new Sports Complex on Pecan Grove Road. This year marks a new location and new route for the parade.
