According to Cynthia Wright, Co-Coordinator, "The vision for the Learning Skills Class is to prevent or lower the drop-out risk for lower achieving students in grades 7, 8 and 9 which causes them to fail to complete their education. Keeping these students in school allows them to gain the necessary tools to become productive members of society."...
