BY: MICHAEL WILKEY The Poinsett County Election Commission recently approved the boundaries for all 11 Justice of the Peace Districts for the Poinsett County Quorum Court. As part of the requirements from the 2000 Census, districts were drawn based on the formula, where the county's total population was divided by 11, with a plus or minus 5% variance (margin of error) for each district. ...

EPC SPLITS TWO FROM MARMADUKE

In high basketball action last week, the EPC boys basketball team split two with the Marmaduke Greyhounds. In the senior high game, EPC got 28 points from senior forward Cortney Brown and 10 points from guard P.J. Lacy to get a 72-69 win over the 3AA-North team.
