Mr. Crow was born in Magness, Ark. March 8, 1907, and died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2001. Mack Crow was a farmer by occupation, but his hobby was making life better for the people in his community, county and state. He served on the Poinsett county Tax Equalization Board for 40 years, retiring in 1997 at the age of 90, because he thought "it might be time to have some 'new blood' on the panel."...
